Hi Jamie I just saw your blog from Emma & Sarahs. Way cool you are going to get to go home and since most of the places you love to eat are now in St. George, Cafe Rio, In n Out and El Pollo Loco. you will be so lucky!! In the meantime if you want some Cafe RIo I have just posted the recipe for the sweet pork, the lime cilantro rice and the Tomatillo Ranch Dressing (The pork burrito ench. style with pinto beans is my fav.) I also have a recipe for the beans which isnt a cafe rio recipe but is very good it is a family one. Congrats on the pregnancy and being RS president. I am sure you will make a great president! And you already are a great mother! xx
